Bioeconomy Education and Sustainability Teachers

BEST is part of a wider ecosystem of bioeconomy education and public engagement initiatives connected to Maynooth University, BiOrbic, and European bioeconomy research and innovation.

Fáilte! Welcome to the BEST Network – Bioeconomy Education and Sustainability Teachers Network.

Mission

The BEST Network empowers educators and learners to confidently integrate bioeconomy, circularity and sustainability into everyday teaching and learning. By connecting schools, universities, communities and industry partners, we create meaningful, real-world learning experiences that foster climate awareness, creativity, collaboration, responsible citizenship and bioeconomy adaptation.

Who We Are

BEST is supported by an international steering group connected to BioBeo partner institutions, including: Maynooth University (Ireland), University College Dublin (Ireland), Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands), and Odisee University of Applied Sciences (Belgium).
